To the Editor:

To the entire town of Wilton, I wanted to personally invite everyone to a very important and special opportunity. On Monday, Dec. 8, we have the honor and privilege of hosting Judith Raanan. Judith Raanan and her daughter Natalie, from Chicago, had traveled to Israel to celebrate the 85th birthday of Judith’s mother at Kibbutz Nahal Oz. On Oct. 7, 2023, they were kidnapped by Hamas terrorists. After a horrifying two weeks, they were the first to be released from the roughly 240 hostages held by Hamas.

In addition to the opportunity to hear this incredible story first-hand, we have the opportunity as a town, as a community, to come together and support her, to show that good will prevail over evil, light over darkness.

This event is free for the community, and seats will book out, so make sure to RSVP online.

This event is hosted and sponsored by Chabad of Wilton. If you are interested in supporting such events and others, please feel free to email me.
