CHRISTMAS EVE SERVICES: Wilton Presbyterian Church invites the community to two meaningful Christmas Eve worship services on Wednesday, Dec. 24:

  • 4 p.m.: Family and Candlelight Service: A joyful, family-friendly service featuring the church choir, carols and a Christmas message with interactive participation for children of all ages. The service concludes with candlelight as we sing Silent Night. Rev. Mark Montgomery is preaching.
  • 10 p.m.: “O Holy Night” Service: A traditional candlelight service marked by quiet dignity and beauty, drawing us to the manger through Scripture, special music, and reflection on our Lord’s birth. Rev. Jessica Jones is preaching.

Choose the service that speaks to you — or attend both, as each offers a unique tone and message. For more information, visit Wilton Presbyterian online or contact the church office via email.

CONGRATULATIONS! to Kara Berghaus on being named the Wilton Coalition for Youth’s December 2025 Community Champion! As part of the #WiltonIsWhereYouBelong campaign, the Coalition spotlights one individual each month for their positive influence, work or commitment to the Wilton community.

Berghaus founded Wilton’s Special Education Parent Teacher Association (SEPTA) and has served as its president for more than seven years, “working tirelessly for the parents of, and children with special needs.” One nominator wrote, “Kara has always given back to the community. She is selfless… With a counseling background she cares deeply about our education system and mental health of children.” Berghaus also works at Ambler Farm, developing and implementing science- and farm-related kids’ programs.

The Wilton Coalition for Youth is made up of a myriad of organizations, town departments and individuals who serve youth and families in Wilton. Spearheaded by the Wilton Youth Council, Coalition members work together to coordinate efforts aimed at preventing substance misuse and promoting the mental health and emotional well-being of youth and families.

To nominate someone as a Community Champion, submit a brief online nominating form; each month, Coalition members review nominations and select a Community Champion who is announced in GOOD Morning Wilton.
