Each week the Wilton Town Clerk’s office releases data for the prior week’s real estate transactions. For the one-week period from May 17-23, 2024, Town Clerk Lori Kaback reported four single-family homes and one condominium changed hands.
In addition, a commercial property in Cannondale owned by the Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation was sold to 27 Cannon LLC, a corporation formed in March with an address in Delaware.
