GOOD To Celebrate: Wilton Coalition for Youth Celebrates Community Champion Jennifer Angerame

Congratulations to Jennifer Angerame on being named the Wilton Coalition for Youth’s January 2026 Community Champion. As part of the #WiltonIsWhereYouBelong campaign, the Wilton Coalition for Youth spotlights one individual each month for their positive influence, work or commitment to the Wilton community.
In her nomination, it was written that “Jennifer is a welcoming person who brings so much to Wilton, well beyond her great work at Southern Yankee. You’d be amazed at the many places she has touched Wilton families to make things better. Whether through True Wilton’s Challenger Baseball, Wilton Kneads, supporting a booster club or organizing events for St. Matthew’s, there are so many times and places when you show up to see Jennifer there supporting our kids, families and community with her warm smile, great ideas and boundless energy.”
The Wilton Coalition for Youth is made up of a myriad of organizations, town departments and individuals who serve youth and families in Wilton. Spearheaded by the Wilton Youth Council, Coalition members work together to coordinate efforts aimed at preventing substance misuse and promoting the mental health and emotional well-being of youth and families.
To nominate someone as a Community Champion, submit a brief online nominating form; each month, Coalition members review nominations and select a Community Champion who is announced in GOOD Morning Wilton.
