Each week the Wilton Town Clerk’s office releases data for the prior week’s real estate transactions. From Friday, Dec. 5 through Thursday, Dec. 11, 2025Town Clerk Lori Kaback reported three properties that changed hands.

Key Highlight: Wilton recorded a strong week for some higher end residential sales with a combined $5.67 million in volume. The market was largely led by the transfer of 185 Sturges Ridge Rd. that closed for $2,395,000, very much underscoring the consistent demand for luxury homes in the area.

185 Sturges Ridge Rd.: Frank B. and Charlotte C. Ackerman to Ronald and Kristine Frew Yanoff for $2,395,000.

122 Sharp Hill Rd.: Jeanine M. and Kevin E. O’Brien TR to Frank B. and Charlotte C.. Ackerman for $1,850,000.

30 Black Alder Ln.: Amy R. and Matthew J. Collins to Joseph Auxford Burks and Laura Lee Baker for $1,426,000.
