Each week the Wilton Town Clerk‘s office releases data for the prior week’s real estate transactions. From Friday, Nov. 21 through Thursday, Nov. 27, 2025, Town Clerk Lori Kaback reported six properties that changed hands.

GMW makes an effort to find current photos from recent real estate listings, websites such as Zillow.com, or mapping services such as Google Maps. In some cases, photos may be from previous real estate listings or town appraisal/land records.

Key Highlight: Wilton saw strong upper-tier activity between Nov. 21 and Nov. 27, with six residential properties changing hands and a combined $9.06 million in recorded sales. The most expensive sale of the week was 10 Woods End Dr., which sold for $2,150,000.

32 Silver Spring Rd.: James Peter Cartledge and Susanne J. Klinge to Melissa Crowther and Michael Allegretto for $1,664,000
