Most notably, Historic Maple Knoll Farm at 379 Hurlbutt St., a seven-acre estate that abuts Rolling Hills Country Club and is down the road from Ambler Farm, changed hands. The 5,670 sq. ft. main residence boasts seven large bedrooms and has a pool surrounded by sculpted gardens and a barn that has been converted into a guesthouse
