Each week the Wilton Town Clerk’s office releases data for the prior week’s real estate transactions. From Friday, Mar. 6 through March 12, 2026Town Clerk Lori Kaback reported five properties that changed hands.

Key Highlight: Five residential properties changed hands this week, a sure sign that spring is just around the corner and more market activity is in the air with one Grumman Hill Rd. home topping the list at $1.98 million.

20 Mountain Rd.: Pamela and Christopher Ferguson to Daniel and Taylor Casteline for $950,000

128 Grumman Hill Rd.: John and Vanessa Sprague to Albert and Ingrid Fetell Lee for $1,985,000

20 Pheasant Run Rd.: Patricia L. Snayd to Michael and Andrea Simon for $1,505,000

41 Calvin Rd.: Kim Mary Bonaventure TR to Elizabeth and Timothy Fontane for $1,255,000
