Key Highlight: This week in sales was largely dominated by a major commercial transaction — the 100-unit White Oaks at Wilton apartment complex at 116 Danbury Rd. that closed for $41,500,000, pushing the total recorded volume to nearly $45 million despite just four transfers overall. According to the Westfair Business Journal, Fairfield-based developer CT Realty Trust purchased 21.5% interest in the property from REIF III-116 Danbury Road LLC in a tenant-in-common-interest transaction [under an entity named K414 East 120th Street Associates on the deed]. A tenant-in-common-interest deal is the purchase, sale or transfer of a fractional ownership share of a property without needing permission from the other owners.
