Key Highlight: It was a light week for Wilton real estate, with only three transfers recorded. The top transaction was 65 Valeview Rd., which sold for $1,003,000. A notable detail this week was a two-part payment transfer at 57 Little Brook Rd., indicating an unusual transaction structure rather than a duplicate filing. No commercial or corporate sales were recorded.
