Each week the Wilton Town Clerk’s office releases data for the prior week’s real estate transactions. For the one-week period from July 19-26, 2024Town Clerk Lori Kaback reported nine single-family homes changed hands.

In addition, two condominiums within the Village Walk community transferred ownership during the one-week period.

One of the homes sold last week — 33 Cannon Rd. — dates back to 1857, and had previously been a boarding school as well as a rumored stop for fugitive slaves on the Underground Railroad.
