Each week the Wilton Town Clerk’s office releases data for the prior week’s real estate transactions. For the one-week period from June 7-13, 2024, Town Clerk Lori Kaback reported seven homes changed hands, including one condo.
Also among this week’s land transfers is 64 Danbury Rd., the 22.3-acre site of a proposed eight-building, 93-unit multi-family apartment complex recently approved by the Wilton Planning and Zoning Commission. The property is located within the Wilton Corporate Park and was purchased by FDSPIN 64 DR LLC, for $2.5 million to be developed by Samuel Fuller‘s Fuller Development, LLC.
