According to data distributed weekly by the Wilton town clerk’s office, two homes changed hands last week, and about $1 million separated their sale prices. But perhaps the more interesting stat is that the higher priced property of the two (64 Forest Ln., pictured above) sold for $1.525 million⎯$60,000 less than its sale price just over one year ago.

On Aug. 4, 2014, GOOD Morning Wilton reported that the home was sold to Joseph and Zarena Marcus for $1,585,000. Last week, the Marcuses sold the house to Timothy Kenny for $1,525,000.

The other property that transferred ownership was 188 Deer Run Rd., which was sold by the Garvin Roos Estate to Benjamin and Allyson Schiano for $545,000. (see image below)
