After one week when Wilton didn’t see any real estate sales, the market made a comeback when seven land transfers were recorded by the town clerk’s office. According to information they release weekly, those sales were (including address and sale price):

  • KJC Real Estate Development LLC sold 166 Huckleberry Rd. to Barry and Jennifer Price for $412,500.
  • Michael Porricelli sold 504 Belden Hill Rd. to Wayne and Lisa Baird for $882,000.
  • Christopher and Erin Macri sold 57 Coley Rd. to Lindsay and Andre Fankhauser for $2,110,000 (pictured).
  • Joseph Eagleton sold 9 Mountain Rd. to Roy and Natalie Levitt for $1,200,000.
  • The Anne Duqette Estate sold 25 Orems Ln. to Lake Home Builders for $200,000.
  • Leo and Lois Kuperschmid sold 90 Turtlehead Rd. to Jeffrey and Ann Miller for $650,000.
  • Toll CT II Limited Partnership sold 21 River Ridge Ln. to William and Christine McHenry for $1,271,610.
