Kids helping kids, there’s nothing sweeter—except when it also comes with lemonade and baked goods.

Wilton is in luck then, this Thursday, August 22, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., at Village Market. Several children will be holding a bake sale and fundraiser to honor and support their friend, 6-year-old Lyla Theoharides, who is currently undergoing treatment for Stage 4 neuroblastoma. All funds raised at the sale will benefit pediatric cancer research.

This is the second bake sale/lemonade stand fundraiser this summer for the group of helpful kids, and they’re hoping that Wilton families out and about for the “Meet the Teacher” times at Wilton schools will stop by and make purchases and donations.

The organizing families are accepting donations of baked goods to sell as well as rubber band loom bracelets, Paracord Rope bracelets. Items can be brought to the table at Village Market the morning of the sale.
