There were six homes sold last week in Wilton, according to information provided weekly to media by the town clerk’s office. They were, including address, price and photos:
- Russell and Wendy Lynch sold 99 Bald Hill Rd. to Kristofer Jordan for $990,000 (see article’s main image).
- Phoebe Roome sold 101 Glen Hill Rd. to Hong Ye and Xuemei Cao for $455,000.
- Aaron and Beth Anderson sold 131 Whipstock Rd. for $758,000 to American International Relocation Solutions, LLC, which then sold the property to Saul Goldberg and Elizabeth Camilo for $728,000.
- Jerome and Jill Cain sold 357 Mountain Rd. to David and Diane Mellars for $575,000.
- Thomas and Nancy O’Connell sold 20 Fairfax Ave. to Christopher and Theresa Cash for $768,000.
- Laura Donnelly Trust sold 228 Westport Rd. to Steven Wernicki for $449,000.
