BREAKING NEWS, Friday, March 10, 4:30 p.m.–It appears that for now, the application to extend the sewer up Ridgefield Rd. as part of a proposed 35-unit age-restricted development project at 183 Ridgefield Rd. is on hold.

Late Friday afternoon, Wilton’s Planning & Zoning Commission received a notice from first selectman Lynne Vanderslice–acting in her capacity as the chair of the Wilton Pollution Control Authority–that the WPCA referral to the commission about the proposed sewer extension was being withdrawn.

Vanderslice withdrew the application after being contacted Friday afternoon by Casey Healy, the attorney for developer James Fieber and 183 Ridgefield Rd. LLC, that his client was withdrawing the application to extend the sewer.

This is a developing story and will be updated. GOOD Morning Wilton is reaching out to several individuals involved and will add to the story as warranted.
