Poetry is alive and thriving amongst Wilton students, and two nights of poetry will show off some of the talented young poets that Wilton has to offer. Poetry in Motion features 30 students from Middlebrook and Wilton High School whose original work will be showcased in a two-performance, poetry and arts event at Wilton Library.

Staged by the students, all in grades 7-12, the kids have been working over the last few months editing, polishing, and rehearsing. The performances start at 7:30 p.m. on both Friday, March 24 and Saturday, March 26. A reception follows each evening’s performance. Tickets are $10 per person and are on sale at the circulation desk or at the door.
