Maybe you were away over the summer. Perhaps you have been thinking about trying it out but have never taken a spin class before. Or more likely, you were with the kids all summer and it was hard to get away.
GOOD Morning Wilton has come up with the perfect opportunity to try out JoyRide Wilton, which opened up at 3 Godfrey Pl. in July. We’re thrilled to welcome owners (and adorable wife-and-husband team) Amy Pal and Kevin Manley to the business community in Wilton, and we want to support another new, locally-owned business and help it thrive. Plus, classes their are addictively fun and great for staying or getting in shape, so we’re spreading the joy with a GMW.com-sponsored “Newbie Ride” spin class.
On Wednesday, Sept. 9, GMW.com is inviting you to try out a spin class at 9:50 a.m.. Wilton resident Tara Snow will be teaching the class and we can vouch for her energy and fun way of making the class fly by. She’ll make sure first timers get a little extra attention to get in the spin groove and see why people have fallen in love with the studio. Plus, your first ride is always free at JoyRide Wilton, so it’s a great opportunity to try it out and have fun with the surprises and extras we have planned that morning.
Of course, even if you’re not new and a fan of JoyRide already, book a spot in the class and join the GMW.com/JoyRide party that morning. We’ll have mimosas for all riders post ride (21-and-over, please), giveaways for everyone and prize drawings too.
