The Wilton Chamber of Commerce has released their list of restaurants and food vendors who will be offering delectable epicurean delights at Monday evening’s (April 20) 8th annual food and wine event, A Taste of Wilton. The spring affair, sponsored by Fairfield County Bank, offers attendees the opportunity to sample epicurean hors d’oeuvres and refreshments from over twenty vendors. Spend the evening celebrating the culinary and beverage offerings of Wilton and surrounding towns, while meeting local chefs, sommeliers, restauranteurs and others who contribute to our diverse food culture.
Tickets are $30 in advance or $35 at the door and can be purchased at Village Market, Fairfield County Bank, Wilton Historical Society and the Wilton Chamber of Commerce, as well as on the Chamber’s website.
The lineup of purveyors showcasing their specialties this year includes Bianco Rosso Wine Bar + Restaurant, Black Cat Grille, Café Ruche, Charter Oak Brewery, Coffee Barn, Greenhook Ginsmiths, Georgetown Package Store, Heavenly Bites, Little Pub, Luca Ristorante Italiano, Marly’s Bar + Bistro, Peachwave Frozen Yogurt, Stop & Shop, Sweet Pierre’s, The Painted Cookie, Village Market, Jersey Mike’s, Palm Breweries and Wilton Pizza.
Held on the picturesque grounds of the Wilton Historical Society, a delectable array of cuisine will be available from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Gather to nosh with friends, meet new people who share a passion for food, toast local vendors, and experience an affordable evening sampling the best of Wilton’s dining and wine establishments.
