A Pleasant Pairing: Tea and Fine Chocolates

Join Wilton Library for a fun, educational talk highlighting the history and many health benefits of tea and dark chocolate (cacao) with Kim Larkin’s chocolatier insights. She will discuss how to brew a proper cuppa, how tea varieties differ, and the tenets of the Cha/Tea Ceremonies. Included are tea samplings paired with fine chocolates, a trivia quiz, fun poetry, tea-themed display and more.

Larkin owns Klassic Kreations, LLC. She presents fun, educational programming to stimulate the mind, senses and palate throughout New England. Her credentials include a commercial Chocolatier license, a Specialty Coffee Assoc. in Foundations certification, and being a Tea Aficionado. She is also the author of It’s Easy Being Queen (When you know your worth), found on Amazon.
