Enjoy a low-impact energizing class with Lauren Chiarello Mika, blending barre, pilates and yoga. All levels are welcome. After class, mingle with fellow Ambler Farm supporters over a warm cup of tea.
Mika is the joyful founder of Chi Chi Life, a mom of twins, and a two-time cancer thriver of Hodgkin’s lymphoma. She is a cancer cxercise trainer at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, a clean beauty advocate with Beautycounter, and curates mindful corporate wellness workshops.
