Barre in the Barn at Ambler Farm

Enjoy a low-impact and energizing class blending barre, Pilates and yoga with Lauren Chiarello Mika at Ambler Farm. After class, mingle over a warm cup of tea with fellow Ambler Farm supporters.
Lauren Chiarello Mika is the joyful founder of Chi Chi Life, twin mom and a two-time cancer thriver of Hodgkin’s lymphoma. She is a cancer exercise trainer at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, clean beauty advocate with Beautycounter and curates mindful corporate wellness workshops. All levels are welcome. Advanced registration is required. The cost is $20 for Friends of Ambler Farm members and $25 for non-members. Register on the Ambler Farm website.
