Barre in the Barn

Enjoy a low-impact energizing class blending Barre, Pilates and Yoga with Lauren Chiarello Mika on Monday, March 13 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. at Ambler Farm. All levels are welcome. After class, mingle over a warm cup of tea with fellow Ambler Farm supporters.

Lauren Chiarello Mika is the joyful founder of Chi Chi Life, twin mom and a two-time cancer thriver of Hodgkin’s lymphoma. She is a cancer exercise trainer at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, clean beauty advocate with Beautycounter and curates mindful corporate wellness workshops.
