Mom’s Support Group

Our meetings are for new moms & parents of young children. In this ongoing series, we will tackle the most common topics in early parenthood. Facilitator, Margret Greene, LMSW, and mom of four, utilizes elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. You will gather tools, resources and skills in order to thrive during this period of transition. And, you will also have the opportunity to connect with other parents in the same life stage to build your new community of support. Babies and siblings are welcome!

This group will meet weekly from 10:00 am – 11:30 am, every Wednesday at WEPCO from July 19th – August 23rd, 2023.
