Moth Madness Drop-Off Program at Woodcock Nature Center

Saturday, May 22, from 8 – 10 p.m.​​​

Uncover the wonderful world of moths!  While these primarily nocturnal insects are seldom seen, kids will embark on a night hike to visit light traps and baited trees to see what they can find.  This should attract different moth species, so kids can learn and identify together what they see.  With over 1,000 species of moths that live in New England, it is always exciting to discover more of them!  This program is for children in grades 3-6.​​
