Navigating the Common App (Zoom)

Join Wilton Library for this helpful college planning program.
It’s time! You’ve just spent 3-4 years perfecting your coursework, extracurriculars and overall high school experience. So, now, how do you write it all up? How do you present the best version of yourself to the University Admissions team?
In this session:
1. Explore the different college applications and admissions cycles (Early Action, Early Decision, Regular, Rolling).
2. Go through the Common app section-by-section as we talk about the best ways to fill each part out.
3. Address common mistakes that students make in the application writing process.
4. Offer tips & strategies to stand out via your application.
We’ll have an ongoing Q&A so all your questions about the applications process can be answered.
This talk is geared for high school students in grades 11-12 and their families. Priyanka Shingala of Let’s Talk College, LLC will lead this discussion virtually.
Registration is required in order to receive the Zoom link. Register on the Wilton Library website.
