Teen Dating Violence Awareness–Wear Orange Day & Pizza Fundraiser

February is Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month. The Wilton Domestic Violence Task Force is supporting two Events along with the Domestic Violence Crisis Center.

On Tuesday, Feb. 9, take a picture wearing orange to raise awareness of teen dating abuse. Post on social media using the hashtags#TDVAM, #Orange4Love, and #HealthyRelationshipsAreLearned, and tag @Wilton Domestic Violence Task Force on Facebook.

On Thursday, Feb. 11, the Wilton Domestic Violence Task Force invites families of middle and high school students to support DVCC’s Pizza and a Movie Night fundraiser in honor of Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month. Buy a pizza from Wilton Pizza, and the task force will include a movie guide with discussion questions about how relationships are portrayed in four movies: Beauty & the Beast, Grease, Sierra Burgess is a Loser, and To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before.
