Eversource has scheduled tree trimming around powerlines that run along neighborhood streets and state highways to take place in Wilton. This work is part of
regularly scheduled maintenance that is done on a four-to-five-year rotation, the company said in a press release from the Town of Wilton.
Lewis Tree Service will be performing this regularly scheduled maintenance on the roadside powerlines on behalf of Eversource. Lewis’ “permission specialists” will be contacting homeowners in person for consent in the coming weeks.
