“Every One” of Wilton’s residents is invited to help create a White Out at this Friday‘s season opening game for the Wilton High School girls’ basketball team.
“Our theme for this season is ‘Every One’,” says girls’ basketball varsity head coach Rob Coloney. “For the team, that means every person, every practice, every second of every quarter is important. But our success also depends on every one of our supporters coming to as many games as possible and creating an atmosphere of positive energy within the field house.”
The girls will face Stamford High School when they host their first Friday night home contest this Friday, Dec. 15, at 7 p.m., and they’re hoping Every One of those supporters will come to the game dressed in white to show their support and fill the stands. Don’t have anything white to wear? Come early to get a free t-shirt (one per spectator while supplies last).
The freshmen game begins at 3:45 p.m., and JV plays at 5:15 p.m..
