Every week the Wilton town clerk’s office distributes information on the prior week’s real estate transactions recorded by the office. For the week of Aug. 18-24, there were five land transfers. They were, including address, sale price and photo (where available):

  • James and Sheri Kimball sold 38 Amber Ln. to Sagar and Keerthi Kongettira for $860,000.
  • Paul Green sold 26 Weeburn Ln. to Brian and Amanda McCullough for $665,000.
  • Xijian Sun and Xing Wang sold 41 Langner Ln. to Thomas and Kristine Getty for $930,000.
  • Gail Rauch sold 338 Westport Rd. to Bema Group LLC for $400,000.
  • Mark Shaner and Danielle Bottinger sold 17 Hidden Lake Ridge to David and Jennifer Jaehnig for $940,000.
