Five Wilton properties changed hands last week, according to the Town Clerk’s office. The addressees and prices for each were:

  • Peoples United Bank sold 160 Kellogg Dr. to Richard and Deborah Westfal for $706,000.
  • Donald and Victoria Mazzarelli sold 242 Mountain Rd. to Kyle and Emily O’Connor for $770,000.
  • William and Pamela Bates sold 50 Branch Brook Rd. to Robert Hoch and Laura Schwemm for $698,000 (pictured).
  • The James O’Brien Sr. Trust sold 44 Old Nursery Drive to James (Jr.) and Katherine O’Brien for $950,000.
  • Amy Harris sold 67 Wilton Crest to Peter Squitieri and Annette Nauraine for $540,000.
