Four Wilton homes traded hands last week, according to the town clerk’s office. The highest selling property sold for $690,000.
According to the information provided weekly by the clerk’s office, the homes that sold (including address, sale price and photo) were:
- Carolyn Webb Estate (Lawrence Webb and Leonard Leader Trustees) sold 192 Cheese Spring Rd. to Natasha Pfeiffer Campbell and Juliano DeSouza for $505,000.
- Clark Robinson and Andrew Clark Robinson sold 157 Huckleberry Hill Rd. to Howard and Michele Haggerty for $690,000 (pictured in main article image).
- Mary and Carmelina Russo sold 49 Tanners Dr. to Lauren and Raleigh Hanscom for $602,500.
- Michael Avedis sold 33 Fawn Ridge. to Kanokrat Lim for $430,000.
