Mark your calendars for Saturday, Sept. 29, the day the Kiwanis Club of Wilton will hold its third annual Oktoberfest. The location of this fun event will once again be on the grounds of the Wilton Y and will feature authentic German food and beer, music, dancing, games and everything needed to make it a fun night for the whole family.

The festivities start at 4 p.m. and will end at 10 p.m.. The menu will include Bratwurst, chicken, sauerkraut, German potato salad, hot dogs, French fries, cold drinks and of course, German beers. The proceeds from this family night will benefit community youth programs.

The entrance fee will be $35 for adults and will include a bratwurst or chicken platter with beer or wine. Tickets for children under 21 will cost $6 apiece, and include a hot dog, French fries, soda or water. Advance adult tickets can be purchased for $26 by visiting the Oktoberfest website.
