The Wilton Playshop has an ongoing campaign to refurbish the seating in the theater, called “Musical Chairs,” and donors can contribute funds to help update the space with plusher, more comfortable theater-style chairs.

Recently, in its ongoing pledge to help local charities and businesses, the Kiwanis Club of Wilton bought a chair at the Wilton Playshop.

“The club feels that the Playshop is an important part of the list of things to do in the town of Wilton,” explains Bud Taylor, a Kiwanis Club member.

Taylor adds that the club will once again be sponsoring a food drive for the Wilton Food Pantry on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 7-9. Members will be collecting outside of both Village Market and Stop & Shop.
