To the Editor:

The 6th Wilton Go Green Festival opened on Sunday, May 1 at 11 a.m. by first selectman Lynne Vanderslice and the Silk’n Sounds all female a cappella group.

In spite of intermittent sprinkles, the festival exhibitors and visitors enjoyed the day including the May Day 5K, the dog parade, the Westport Electric Car Rally, live music and a generous variety of green exhibitors.

We wish to acknowledge and thank the exhibitors, businesses, groups and individuals who made this possible.
