Trackside Teen Center is inviting Wilton teens and their moms to a special class series designed to teach self-defense techniques for women. This class will provide an opportunity for moms and their daughters to share in this educational experience while learning important self-defense skills.

Back by popular demand, Wilton resident Lisa Bohacs will be teaching this special class on Thursday evenings in March (Mar. 2 through Mar. 23) from 7-8 p.m.

Bohacs has been involved in the Martial Arts for 37 years. She is a 5th degree black belt and has been teaching for 33 years. She competed nationally and internationally for the U.S.A. She has been on four U.S.A. National teams, has taken two individual silver medals and one bronze in women’s heavyweight fighting and two overall team gold medals.

Students should wear comfortable clothes and sneakers to class.

The cost to participate is $200 per each mother/daughter pair ($100 per student). To register, visit the Trackside website.
