The following is based on a press release.
A new church has been established in Wilton. Crossroads Fellowship of Connecticut is an independent charismatic fellowship that until now has been having their Sunday Morning Worship service at Trackside of Wilton. They recently moved to their new location at 68 Westport Road in Wilton, a space previously occupied by United Covenant Church.
Sunday Morning Service will begins each Sunday at 10 a.m. and will be followed by coffee and refreshments. Doors open at 9:30 a.m. and a children’s church is available for preschool-aged children through 11 years old and runs concurrently with the Pastor’s sermon.
Crossroads Fellowship was founded by Pastor Peter Westfield, a graduate of Rhema Bible College of Tulsa, Oklahoma, with a small group from Wilton and Norwalk in 2012. Over this past year the church has grown, adding a Tuesday evening Prayer Service (6-7 p.m.) and Bible Study (7:15-8 p.m.).
The vision and mission of Crossroads Fellowship is to encourage every person to experience the love of God and to realize a personal, dynamic relationship with the author of life through Jesus Christ. God desires us to know we are forgiven and He wants to us live a full and abundant life. Services are held every Sunday morning and Tuesday evening. All are welcome.
