Wilton realtors have been saying the local market is stagnant. Last week only two properties changed hands. According to the data provided weekly from the town clerk’s office, the homes that were sold are (including address, price and photos):
- Michael and Emily Galligan sold 102 Hulda Hill Rd. to Richard Hayes Jr. and Regan Walsh for $573,700.
- Greenwich Business Associates, LLC sold 150 Cannon Rd. to Ninemacs, LLC for $1,255,000. (main article image, above)
