According to information provided by the town clerk’s office, only two homes changed hands in Wilton last week. The transactions were:
- Gregory and Kathryn Brzoska sold 224 New Canaan Rd. to Melissa and Steven Brooks for $780,000.
- Zbigniew and Agnieszka Gosiewski sold 57 Blue Ridge Rd. to Marek and Malgorzata Jankowski for $620,000.
