It’s possible the food might taste even better when the chef is adorable.

Village Market owner Tim Dolnier has been bringing his 5-year-old daughter into work with him all week, stopping by early in the morning before dropping her off at Ambler Farm camp.

“We get here around 8 a.m., camp starts at 9:15 a.m.,” Dolnier said. “The ladies in the kitchen dressed her up for a few minutes while I was upstairs doing some other work. It was very cute to come downstairs to, unexpectedly.”

That’s one of the Village Market quiches she’s holding in the picture, although she didn’t really get to do much of the cooking. But who knows what the experience will inspire–after all, Tim did learn the supermarket business from his own mom, Village Market general manager Nancy Dolnier.
