Every summer, The Schoolhouse at Cannondale chef Tim LaBant organizes four two-night, farm-to-fork dinners at beautiful Millstone Farm.

It includes a cocktail hour (drinks included), a farm tour and a BYOB dinner. LaBant creates four locally-sourced courses and serves them family style under the stars (weather permitting). Tickets (at $145 per person, including tax and gratuity) go on sale online in May on a first come, first serve basis–the website opens at 10 a.m. and usually by 10:15 a.m. tickets are all sold out. (There are two more dates this season–Tuesday, Sept. 18 and Wednesday, Sept. 19–but there’s a waiting list for both.)
