Chief Michale Lombardo announced last week that the Wilton Police Commission voted to promote Officer David Hartman to the rank of Sergeant, effective Nov. 2. Ofc. Hartman joined the Wilton Police Department on Aug. 4, 1999.
Hartman’s current assignment is as a patrol officer; he is also the training officer for the department.
