  • James and Rebecca Bardwell sold 25 Ryders Ln. to Karen Edgecomb for $879,000.

  • Ruth Blackwood sold 17 Hanford Ln. to Steven and Jennifer Hubina for $652,000.

  • 759 Danbury LLC sold 763 Danbury Rd. to William and Sarah Marceau for $450,000.
