Each week the Wilton town clerk’s office issues a report on properties that changed hands. For the week of Feb. 10-16, the following land transfers were recorded (including address, sale price and photo where available):
- Christopher Keenan sold 149 Dudley Rd. to Size Capital Management for $2,000,000.
- Jesse and Elizabeth Fink sold 51 Graenest Ridge Rd. and Lot 27 Graenest Ridge Rd. to Bruce and Electra Martin for $2,550,000.
- James Mellin sold 27 Overidge Ln. to Marc and Jennifer Diagonale for $765,000.
