SEEC Decision to Dismiss Sensible Complaint⎯in Full

Below is the full 17-page decision issued by the State Election Enforcement Commission on June 16 regarding the Sensible Wilton complaint filed against Wilton and town officials. This is the document that explains the commission’s decision to dismiss charges of any election violations.

A separate decision regarding the caution issued to Miller-Driscoll principal Cheryl Jensen-Gerner has not yet been released by the commission. GOOD Morning Wilton will publish that decision when it is released.
