Sit! Stay!
Those might be apt commands to anyone who wants to be in the audience when actor and author John O’Hurley makes a book signing appearance at Wilton Library on Monday, Nov. 25, 7-8:30 p.m., to promote his book, The Perfect Dog.
O’Hurley is well known as the character “J. Peterman” from the show “Seinfeld.” He is also famous as the host of “The National Dog Show Presented by Purina,” which airs each year on Thanksgiving Day. Others still may recognize his voice from his voiceover work, including on “SpongeBob Square Pants,” or his dance steps from “Dancing with the Stars.” aficionados.
His new book, The Perfect Dog, answers a question O’Hurley’s young son asked at last year’s dog show as to what is the perfect dog. Books will be available for purchase and signing courtesy of Elm Street Books. Registration is highly recommended due to limited seating.
