Each week the Wilton town clerk’s office releases information about the prior week’s housing sales. During the week of Nov. 4-11, 2016, there were seven properties sold. The land transfers recorded were (including address, sale price and photo):
- M&T Bank sold 51 Wilton Woods Rd. to Cross Street Holding LLC for $444,000.
- Neil and Kate Gluckin sold 19 Overidge Ln. to Andrew and Amanda DeGasperi for $695,000.
- Dominick Pastorello sold 84 Raymond Ln. to Nicholas and Eva Geier for $625,000.
- Jeffrey and Karen Basler sold 1 West Wind Ln. to Joshua and Shannon Benedek for $1,115,000.
- 82 Old Saugatuck Ave. LLC sold 77 Range Rd. to Beata Valouktzis for $619,000.
- Simon Rosenberg, Nicholas Rosenberg and Brendan Froehlich sold 516 Danbury Rd. to Darbandi Alireza for $312,500.
- Aleksander and Kate Roomet sold 216 Belden Hill Rd. to Michael and Sarah Hund for $695,000.
