Last week was an active one in Wilton’s real estate market, with 11 properties changing hands. Of those there were four parcels sold with a price tag over $1 million.
According to information distributed weekly by the Wilton town clerk, the properties that were bought and sold during the week of Aug. 26-Sept. 1 were (including address, sale price and photo):
- Lucia and Albert Furman sold 57 West Meadow Rd. to Bradley and Donna Savage for $1,020,000.
- Rocky River Realty Co. sold (via Quit Claim) the deed to a parcel of unimproved land on Honey Hill Rd. to CL&P/Eversource for $140,000. (no photo)
- Paul Rusinak and Rosalind Tang Rusinak sold 16 Woodway Ln. to Michael and Patricia Robinson for $1,375,000.
- Too Asanovic and Jasmina Shane sold 106 Pond Rd. to Artur Rutowski and the RAW Family Trust for $355,000.
- Marilyn Spence Estate sold 115 Seir Hill Rd. to Stephen and Martha Cagliostro for $380,500.
- Ellen Dascenzo sold 127 Warncke Rd. to Louis and Courtney Uritz for $950,000.
- Dennis Levitt and Jane Gordon sold 34 Woodland Pl. to George Mathews and Mellissa Nanton for $640,000.
- Jeffrey Johnson and Jacquelyn Bayne sold 264 Grumman Hill Rd. to Margaret and Joshua Harvey for $1,112,500.
- Wilfred Desola sold 22 Edith Ln. to Kasia and Marek Mirota for $277,000.
- Barbara Romper sold 30 Glen Ridge to Arie Scheurkogel for $400,000.
- Carlos and Marie Oliveras sold 23 Rossimur Ct. to Gary and Haiku Durden for $1,050,000.
