- Maria Mucci sold 204 Chestnut Hill Rd. to Hwa Lee for $789,000.
- Burton Emro sold 70 Range Rd. to Vijit Nair and Soumya Chandra for $455,000.
- Andrea Dreyer sold 137 Indian Hill Rd. to Michael Biondo, Jr. and Catherine Sheridan for $260,000.
- James Johnston and Sharon Romer sold 18 Cannon Rd. to Cyril Uy and Lyra Lopez for $595,000.
